How can you make a ripple?
• Lead by example.
• Extend your hands to someone, someplace, and some cause. We all stand
on someone’s shoulders.
• Give - time, money, advice, love, a hug, and the list is endless.
• Advocate – for justice and peace.
• Care– show this in all that you do.
• Y – The letter resembles a person with outstretched arms. Why not you?
A good ripple improves our LEGACY by creating connections.
Examples of good ripples:
1. Fostered Mentoring relationships
2. Host career education workshops
3. Host men connection sessions
4. Provide job training for men
5. Give back, pay it forward, be respectful, positive, generous, and
honorable.
